News & Events

It’s Dunk Day Season!

Dunk Day is one of the most anticipated events of the season—a celebration of community, fun, and giving back! It’s a chance for Miracle League athletes and fans to come together, rally behind their teams, and support our mission in a splashy way.

Last spring, you helped us raise over $68,000—this year, we’re aiming for $65,000, and we’re confident we can knock it out of the park again.

Head to our fundraising page, share it with friends and family, and let’s make this Dunk Day the best one yet!

Game times will be 6:30 and 7:30 pm. All Miracle League players, any age, any location, any level of play may participate. Players – CLICK HERE for more information and sign-up. Spectators, come find a seat on our bleachers and enjoy the games at no charge.

Want to make a difference in 2025? Become a Miracle League Coach!

“As a coach, one thing I have learned is-it’s not really the volunteers who are changing the lives of the players with special needs, but it’s also the players changing the lives of the volunteers.”  -Coach Rachel

Just 90 minutes, once a week during the season is all it takes. Coaches, ages 16 and up preferred. A passion for our special athletes is required but experience is not. Hands-on training is provided.

Volunteer coaches are needed at our Durham ball field. If you are interested in coaching a team, please contact KCoburn@MLTraingle.com.
